Top Guided by Voices albums are probably Bee Thousand (94) and Alien Lanes (95), I also really enjoy Propeller (92) although I understand the production style is an acquired taste!

Brief bit of pedantry - Wild Horses not written by Gram Parsons (any relation? 🙂 ) but undoubtedly influenced by his style. And the Stones gave it to Parsons for the Flying Burrito Bros to cover - possibly before the Stones version had been released?
That's a good editorial note… And makes sense that I associated it with Parsons because the flying burrito brothers recorded it first! But it is indeed a Jagger and Richards tune--
