We’re ‘90s music guys.

We started this podcast and video series as a place to remember, analyze, and argue about the music of the 1990s — a decade that, for better or worse, forever shaped our pop cultural identities.

But what did the music back then actually sound like? That’s what we’re going to find out on 120 MONTHS, by listening to every essential album release, month by month, from January 1990 to December 1999. Along the way, we’re tracking how music and culture evolved during one of the most diverse and exciting moments in the history of American pop culture.

We post new episodes every week, with bonus ‘90s music goodies for paid subscribers, including livestreams and special guest episodes. We appreciate your support.

And make sure to check out our Spotify playlists to listen along and join the conversation!
